目的探讨优化黄芪多糖的微波辅助提取工艺。方法以黄芪多糖的得率为考察指标,以水为提取剂,采用正交设计实验的方法,研究了黄芪多糖的微波提取工艺。结果得到标准曲线方程y=0.1091x+0.294(r^2=0.9995),在0.953—5.967mg/mL范围内线性关系良好。确定黄芪多糖的提取优化条件为:加30倍的水微波10min提取3次。结论经直观分析和方差分析确定黄芪多糖较佳提取工艺,并经验证试验,表明此工艺稳定、合理、可行,对其制剂及其实验研究的进一步开展提供了一定的实验依据。
Objective: To explore microwave-assisted extraction of astragalus polysaccharides. Methods: Astra- galus Polysaeeharides yield rate was taken as the indexes ,and water was taken as the asextraction agent. The method of orthogonaldesign experiments were used to study the microwave extraction process Astragalus Polysac- charides. Results: Standard curve equation obtained:y=0.1091x+0.294 (R^2=0.9995), In the 0.953-5.967 mg/ mL a good linear relationship. The optimum conditions determined by the results:plus 30 times the water 3 times 10 rain microwave extraction. Conclusion: The extraction process were determined by visual analysis and variance analysis.And validated results show that this process is stable ,reasonable ,feasible, its agents and further experi- mental studies provide experimental evidence.
