本文通过对系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）病因病机及主要临床表现进行的分析,提出SLE发病的伏邪致病理论。文章详细研究伏邪学说理论源流与伏邪的特点,从伏邪发病与SLE的病因病机,及从伏邪病位与SLE的多发症状等方面入手,探寻SLE发病与伏邪的关联,并结合SLE临床主要症状予以讨论。

By analyzing the pathogenesis and mian clinical symptoms of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus（SLE）,authors of this article present the viewpoint that we can explain how SLE breaks out by involving the theory of incubated diseases in TCM. After detailed study on the origin and development of the theory of incubated diseases,and the characteristics of incubated diseases as well,we find some evidences of the pertinence between incubated diseases and the pathogenesis of SLE,by discussing about pathogenic factors and the main clinical symptoms of SLE additionally. We emphasize the relationship between the outbreak of incubated diseases and pathogenesis of SLE and the relationship between the multiformity of the locations of incubated diseases and the multiformity of the syoptoms of SLE.
