为提高库尔勒香梨的贮藏品质,确定最佳的库尔勒香梨采摘时间,本研究以库尔勒香梨生长所需的有效积温为研究基础,针对于成熟期库尔勒香梨开展研究,以香梨果实硬度和可溶性固形物含量为研究指标,建立库尔勒香梨成熟过程中果实硬度和可溶性固形物含量变化的数学模型,研究发现库尔勒香梨成熟过程中存在临界积温,在此基础上以临界积温为采摘时间分界点进行存储实验研究。采用Excel软件和SigmaPlot软件处理分析试验数据,结果表明香梨处于临界积温时,成熟速度出现拐点,通过存储实验验证表明,该积温为采后存储的香梨采摘的临界积温。研究结果可为香梨的采摘期判定提供参考。
It is studied in order to improve Korla pear storage quality and determine the optimal picking time, the research object in Korla and based on the effective accumulated temperature. The research was concentrated on the variation rules of the physicoehemical indexes, including the Korla pear's hardness and soluble solids content in its mature period. With Excel software and SigmaPlot soft-ware processing data, the results showed that when accumulated in the critical pear, ripe speed inflection point, by storing experiments show that the critical accumulated pear picking for the accumulated post-harvest storage. The results of the study can provide a reference basis for the Korla pear maturity evaluation.
