以库尔勒香梨为研究对象,在0.100 0~1 000.000 0 k Hz频率内,采用自制电学特性测量系统测定了不同采摘时间内香梨成熟过程中的品质指标和电学特性,并对电学参数与香梨果实品质的相关性进行了分析。结果表明:随着采摘时间的增加,库尔勒香梨的硬度逐渐减小,可溶性固形物含量逐渐增加;在试验参数范围内,随着测试频率的增加,并联等效电容、并联等效电感、并联等效电阻不断减小,复阻抗相角不断增大,耗散因数先增加后减小。频率一定时,采摘时间对并联等效电容、并联等效电阻、耗散因数、复阻抗相角影响较大,对并联等效电感影响较小。在0.100 0 k Hz频率条件下,复阻抗相角与香梨硬度和可溶性固形物含量无显著相关性,并联等效电容、并联等效电感、并联等效电阻、耗散因数与香梨硬度和可溶性固形物含量有显著或极显著相关性。
With Karla pear as research material,electrical properties and fruit quality characters during ripening process were studied in different picking time with the home-made electrical parameters detection system in the range of 0. 100 0—1 000. 000 0 k Hz,and the relationship between electric parameters and fruit quality was also studied. The results showed that with increasing of picking time,fruit firmness was gradually decreased,and soluble solids content was gradually increased. In the measurement within the parameters range,with increasing of frequency,parallel equivalent capacitance,parallel equivalent inductance,parallel equivalent resistance were all decreased,complex impedance angle was increased,and loss coefficient first increased and then decreased. When the frequency was constant,picking time had greater effect on parallel equivalent capacitance,parallel equivalent resistance,loss coefficient and complex impedance angle,and it had lower effect on parallel equivalent inductance. At 0. 100 0 k Hz of testing frequency,complex impedance angle was non-significantly correlated with fruit firmness and soluble solids content,parallel equivalent capacitance,but parallel equivalent inductance,parallel equivalent resistance and loss coefficient were significantly correlated with fruit firmness and soluble solids content.
