利用自主研发的向心关节轴承寿命试验机,根据无替换定数截尾寿命试验方法,对某类自润滑向心关节轴承进行加速寿命试验。利用最好线性无偏估计法对试验数据进行处理,推导出加速寿命方程和寿命分布规律。数据结果显示,在相同外界工况下,旋转摆动下的关节轴承寿命最高,倾斜摆动次之,复合摆动最低。摆动频率越低,旋转摆动下的寿命与倾斜摆动越接近;摆动频率越高,倾斜摆动的寿命与复合摆动下的越接近。理论结果与试验结果存在很大的差异。
With life testing machine developed on our own, according to data terminated life test method without substitution, the accelerated life tests for a certain type of self - lubricating radial spherical plain bearing are carried out. The best linear unbiased estimation method is used to deal with test data, the accelerated life equations and the life distributions regularities are deduced. The results show that under the same work conditions, the highest life occurred under swivel motion, followed by tilt motion, and the shortest life occurred under combined swivel and tilt motion (combined motion). When the oscillation frequency is lower, the service lives are closer between swivel motion and tilt motion. When the oscillation frequency is higher, the service lives are closer between combined motion and tilt motion. The large differences exist among theoretical resuhs and experimental results.
