利用往复式摩擦磨损试验机对GCr15钢盘/GCr15钢球和GCr15钢盘/Si3N4陶瓷球进行了不同工况下的滑动摩擦试验,并对其摩擦因数、磨损量和磨痕形貌进行了分析。结果表明:2种摩擦副的摩擦因数均随载荷的增大而减小,磨损率均随时间的增加而降低;干摩擦状态下,前者磨损量较小,而钢盘/陶瓷球摩擦副呈现出摩擦因数小,磨损量较大的特点;脂润滑状态下,接触应力较小时2种摩擦副的摩擦因数相差不大,接触应力较大时钢盘/陶瓷球摩擦副磨损较严重,其钢盘表面出现较明显的疲劳剥落现象。
A reciprocating friction and wear tester is used to test two kinds of sliding friction pairs consisting of GCrl5 steel disc/GCrl5 steel ball and GCrl5 steel disc/Si3N4 ceramic ball under different operating conditions. The friction coefficient, wear volume and morphologies of worn surfaces are analyzed. The results show that the friction coefficients of two kinds of friction pairs decrease with the increase of load, and the wear rates decrease with the increase of time. Under dry friction, the GCr15/GCrl5 pair has smaller wear volume,while the GCrl5/Si3 N4 pair shows lower friction coefficient but relatively larger wear volume. Under grease lubrication, there is only little difference in friction coefficients between two friction pairs when contact stress is small, but the obvious fatigue spalling phenomena are observed on GCrl5 steel disc surface of GCrl5/Si3 N4 pair when contact stress is high.
