利用INSTRON5944型电子万能材料试验机和自制的剥离夹具,对自润滑关节轴承胛FE/芳纶纤维复合编织衬垫在不同剥离速度下的剥离强度进行试验研究。结果表明:在美国汽车工程师协会航空标准81820规定的范围内,随着剥离速度的提高,剥离强度逐渐降低;为保证剥离试验的平稳性,剥离速度的优选范围是17.8~22.6mm/min。
The peeling strengths of liners of hybrid Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE)/Kevlar fabrics for self - lubricating spherical plain bearings are experimentally researched by using self - made peeling fixture and electronic universal ma- terial tester INSTRON59dd at different peeling speeds. The results show that within prescribed scope of SAE - AS 81820, the peeling strengths gradually reduce with the increase of peeling speeds. In order to guarantee the stability of peeling test,the better range of peeling speed is from 17.8 to 22.6mm/min.
