通过对PTFE/芳纶纤维复合编织衬垫进行氧化铈处理,利用自制的剥离夹具对自润滑关节轴承衬垫的粘接性能进行了试验研究,并采用扫描电镜(SEM)和能谱仪(EDS)分析了衬垫粘接面的微观形貌变化。结果表明,衬垫的氧化铈改性处理增大了纤维表面活性基团的浓度及纤维表面粗糙度,改善了纤维与黏合剂之间的浸润性,使得衬垫的粘接性能显著提高。
The liners of hybrid polytetrafluoroethylene( PTFE) /kevlar fabrics are modified by CeO2. The bonding properties of liners for self- lubricating spherical plain bearings are experimentally studied by using the self- made peeling fixture,and the morphology of the liners' bonding surfaces are analyzed with scanning electron microscope( SEM) and energy dispersive spectrometer( EDS). The results show that the CeO2 modified treatment of liners increase concentration of surface active groups of fibers and surface roughness of fibers,and improve the wettability between the fibers and adhesives. The bonding properties of liners are significantly improved.
