利用SSR标记对24份太湖地区杂交粳稻品种初步建立了DNA指纹图谱和进行遗传相似性分析.结果表明:24对引物在研究材料中共检测到105个多态性片段,平均每对引物的多态性片段为4.38个.筛选出5对核心引物(RM336、RM72、RM1195、RM19和Rm^267)建立了24份材料的DNA指纹图谱.24份材料之间的相似系数变化范围为0.69~0.99,相似系数比较大,表明供试材料的遗传基础多样性相对狭窄.在遗传相似系数0.71水平处可以将24份材料分为3个类群.
SSR was used to construct the DNA fingerprint and analyze the genetic similarity of 24 japonica hybrid rice in Taihu area. The results showed that 24 SSR primers amplified a total of 105 polymorphic DNA bands, averaging 4.38 bands per primer. In this study, 5 pairs of core SSR makers (RM336, RM72, RMl195, RM19 and Rm^267) were screened among 24 pairs of SSR primers to establish DNA fingerprint of the japonica hybrid rice. The result of cluster analysis showed that genetic similarities among the 24 lines ranged from 0.69 to 0.99. The values of similar coefficient were rather high, which indicated that genetic diversity of japonica hybrid rice in Taihu area was correspondingly narrow. The cluster analysis also showed that 24 japonica hybrid rice could be divided into three groups at 0.71 of the similar coefficient.
