英文摘要：

In recent years, according to many scholars＇ view, core competence is in essence the tacit knowledge. Then, does tacit knowledge creation have impact on the evolution of core competence？ The current literature is mainly focused on qualitative analysis instead of quantitative analysis. In this paper, on the base of the questionnaire survey of hundreds of top managers mainly from Shanghai, Zhejiang, Bejing and Jiangxi, it carries out the empirical study on the relationship between tacit knowledge creation and the evolution of core competence. The result shows that tacit knowledge creation has significant impact on the evolution of core competence. Finally, it puts forward some suggestions for the enterprises to conduct tacit knowledge creation.
