With 24 villages that scatter in 12 cities of Liaoning province chosen as study area and 476 farmer households in the 24 villages as study object, a questionnaire survey on the subject of farmers giving up their contractual right of land was made, in which 480 copies of questionnaire were distributed and 476 of them were taken back as valid ones. The Liaoning farmers＇ willingness of giving up their contractual right of land was analyzed. Also, the factors that affect the farmers giving up their contractual right of land were analyzed with the help of the Logistic model. The result showed that the householder＇s age, education, non-agricultural operation and employment, non-agricultural income, endowment insurance, land policy and expectations of giving up land were all positive influential factors of their giving up land while the area of the farmland they were running was a negative one.
