根据高速铁路票务服务需求多样化和客流波动特点,动态优化高速铁路客运站不同票务服务功能的设备配置,以最低的运营成本给旅客提供满意的服务。在阐述高速铁路客运站票务设备服务功能的基础上,从客流波动特点、票务服务需求比例、旅客服务质量和运营管理成本等方面,分析高速铁路客运站票务设备功能开放配置影响因素,针对票务服务排队系统提出票务设备功能开放配置模型,最后通过实例分析对模型进行验证。结果表明,该模型可以为高速铁路客运站票务功能设备配置辅助决策提供依据。
According to the diversified demands of high-speed railway ticket service and fluctuation characteristics of passenger flow, the equipment configuration of different ticket service functions in high-speed railway passenger station is taken dynamic optimization, so as to provide satisfied service for passengers with lowest operation cost. On the basis of expounding the service functions of ticket equipments in the station, this paper analyzes the influence factors of function opening configuration of ticket equipments in the station from the aspects, including fluctuation characteristics of passenger flow, proportion of ticket service demand, passenger service quality and operation management cost, and targeting the queuing system of ticket service, the paper puts forward a function configuration model of ticket equipment. In the end, the model is validated through example analyses. The result shows the model could provide references for auxiliary decision of ticket function equipment configuration in high-speed railway passenger station.
