It is of theoretical guidance significance for the intermediaries to make decisions in the business activities, and for the macro-management departments to formulate policies to analyze the game relationships between the information resources demand side and the intermediaries in the information resources sharing process. This paper constructs the game model of the information re- sources demand side and the intermediaries by the use of the game theory, and based on the solving of the model, analyzes the bas- ic characteristics of the game. Finally, the paper proposes some strategies and advices for the promotion of information sharing be- haviors.
