Starting from the perspective of system theory,this paper considers the construction and sharing process of resource as dynamic system engineering. The paper analyzes the basic characteristics of resource sharing system,and provides new ideas and approaches to solve the obstacle of sharing. Firstly,the paper defines the concept of resource sharing system and builds the model of resource sharing system. Then,the paper analyzes the structure and basic characteristics of resource sharing system,as well as the influencing factors of resource sharing system. Finally,the paper discusses the initiation mechanism of resource sharing.
