突发事件网络舆情信息流风险评价是研判突发事件网络舆情信息流风险态势,推进突发事件网络舆情信息流优化导控的前提和基础。本文在借鉴国内外相关研究成果的基础上,探索构建了突发事件网络舆情信息流风险的模糊综合评价模型,进而以湖南省临武县＂邓正加事件＂为例,进行风险实证评价研究,并对评价结果进行分析,进而提出相应的政策建议。

The evaluation of information flow on network public opinion of sudden events means researchthe trend of information flow which is the premise and foundation of promoting the information flow on net-work public opinion of sudden events optimal control. On the basis of the related research results at homeand abroad, this paper explores the construction of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of the infor-mation flow on network public opinion of sudden events, then takes the melon farmer for example to carryon risk empirical evaluation research and analyzes the evaluation results, and then puts forward the corre-sponding policy recommendations.
