由在空间周期性排布的三维类桁架材料组成的结构弹塑性分析可知,如果按空间桁架计算,由于构件数量巨大,需要的计算规模和计算时间惊人,甚至不可行.为此采用数值均匀化方法对三维类桁架材料构成的结构进行等效弹塑性分析。并和离散建模的空间桁架计算结果进行对比.计算结果表明等效分析可以大大节省计算时间,缩小计算规模,为类桁架材料复杂结构的计算和优化提供了一种可能.算例说明该方法不依赖于网格,可以应用于不同加载路径.最后给出了半圆柱形结构的等效分析,说明了方法的适用性.
For the problem of the elasto-plastic analysis of three-dimensional (3D) structure composed of truss-like material, it will be expensive or completely intractable in computational time and resources because of the enormous number of struts when all the struts are considered exactly. 3D structure with truss-like material is equivalently analyzed using numerical homogenization technique. In comparison with the complete analysis of discrete structure, the equivalent analysis can save computat The high ional time and considerably decrease the computational cost while maintaining high accuracy. efficiency of equivalent analysis also provides a possibility for the further design optimization of complicated structure with this material. The numerical examples show that the equivalent analysis can be used for different meshes and loading paths. The applicable conditions of the method are discussed in the last example of irregular macro-structures with non-integrated unit cells.
