如何测定低温损伤后的生物材料活性是低温保存和低温医疗领域中的重要课题。本文提出了循环温差法测定生物组织活性的新方法,并进行了初步的实验研究,给出了定量评价生物组织活性的数学关联式。实验证明,该方法所采用的测试装置简单,易于操作,结果稳定可靠,重复性较好。本文最后指出了进一步的改进方法。
Detection of the viability of biological materials due to freeze injury is very important in the fields of cryo-preservation and cryo-medicine. In this paper, a new method of using cyclic temperature difference for the viability evaluation was proposed, and preliminary experiments were performed to demonstrate the new approach. Mathematical relations were suggested and proved to be useful to quantitatively characterize the viability of biological tissues as well. It was shown that the device constructed was simple in structure and easy to control, and the obtained results are reliable and repeatable. Finally, strategies for improving the method and the device were also suggested.
