文中理论和实证分析了中国各省人均能源消费量的收敛性,研究结果表明:1)中国各省人均能源消费量存在绝对β收敛和条件β收敛。2)能源强度和非农产业占比的提升促进了中国各省人均能源消费量的收敛,但是人均GDP和城镇化率的提高并没有促进中国各省人均能源消费量的收敛。人民生活和经济发展离不开能源的消费,各省人均能源消费量的差异随着时间的推移而减少是人民生活和经济发展的必然要求,因此加快交通基础设施建设,促进中国各省人均能源消费的收敛势在必行。
The China's per capita energy consumption in the provinces of convergence was studied in this research. The results show that:( 1) The provincial per capita energy consumption in China existed absolutely convergence and conditionally convergence.( 2) Enhance of the energy intensity and the proportion of non-agricultural industries promoted the Chinese provincial convergence of per capita energy consumption,but increases of the per capita GDP and urbanization rate did not promote Chinese provincial convergence of per capita energy consumption. People's lives and economic development are inseparable from energy consumption; differences of the provincial per capita energy consumption would be reduced with the passage of time that is the inevitable requirement of people's life and economic development. Therefore accelerating transportation construction and promoting Chinese provincial convergence of per capita energy consumption potential should be in the pipeline.
