英文摘要：

This paper measures water use efficiency with Malmquist-Luenberger index,and then analyzes the water resource rebound effect which is caused by technological progress. Results show that,there is a big difference of water use efficiency among Chinese provinces,but overall,water use efficiency is a growing trend. There is water resources rebound effect,and there are differences on the provinces. At last,it raises up the corresponding suggestions.
