速调管因具有输出功率大、效率高、成本低、工作稳定可靠的优点,在微波发射装置中仍占据着重要的地位。用速调管做微波发射机的功率放大器,需要一个高电压、高稳定度、低纹波、大范围可调的大功率直流稳压电源;利用相控电路控制可控硅的导通角,对输入电压进行粗调,再用线性稳压电路稳定输出电压,既保证了稳压精度,又使调整管的管压降限制在规定的范围内,成功地解决了高压稳压的问题,同时过压、过流、短路保护电路,大大地提高了电源的可靠性;测试数据表明,该高压电源工作稳定、安全、可靠、高效,完全符合设计要求;当输入电压变化±10%时.电压调整率Sv几乎为零;当负载电流从零到满载(300mA)变化时,电流调整率S1〈0.1%;纹波电压〈0.01%;电源效率〉75%。
Because of the advantages of large power, high efficiency, low cost, and high reliability, klystron still plays an important part in the microwave transmitting equipment. However, the power amplifier with klystron needs a large DC power supply which should has excellent performance such as high voltage, high stability, extremely low ripple and adjustable output in a wide range. The input voltage can be controlled by means of adjusting SCR's conduct angle through a phase-controlled circuit. Then the output voltage can be regulated with linear circuit. In this way, not only regulating accuracy is ensured, but also voltage drop is controlled within expect range, which solves the prob lems for regulated voltage at much higher level. Meanwhile, the reliability of power supply is greatly improved by the protection circuits such as over-voltage, over-current and short state. The tested data shows that high voltage power supply is stable, safe, reliable and efficient, which is fully satisfied with the design. When the input voltage changes at 10%, its voltage regulation ratio reaches almost zero. On the oth er hand, when the load changes from open circuit to full current (300mA), the current regulation ratio S1〈0. 1%, Ripple voltage 〈0.01%, efficiency 〉75 %.
