摘要:以枣泉煤矿11201大采高工作面巷道为研究对象,分析了大断面全煤巷道顶煤的自燃机理,并建立了松散煤体自然发火过程数学模型,利用Fluent软件进行解算,掌握巷道顶煤高温点的移动规律、发展规律以及顶煤的最短发火期,并建立了巷道煤自燃预测预报系统,针对高温点采取了MCJl2高分子胶体直接灭火的措施,保证了工作面安全开采。
Taking the mining roadway of Zaoquan Mine as an example, the paper analyzed the coal spontaneous combustion mechanism and established mathematic model of loose coal spontaneous combustion. Using Fluent software discussed the movement and develop- ment rule of top-coal high temperature point and the top-coal shortest spontaneous combustion and established the coal spontaneous combustion forecast system. According to the high temperature point, the MCJ12 polymer colloid was used and ensured the safety of mining face.
