通过对冯家塔煤矿1401工作面煤自燃发火规律、浅埋深厚煤层开采特点及隐蔽高温区识别难度和危害的研究,采用SF6示踪气体测漏风技术及测氡法火源高温点探测技术对其煤自燃高温区域进行判定,通过CO气体分析验证,选定通过钻孔灌注粉煤灰复合胶体进行灭火,最终达到预期效果,使1401工作面顺利回采直至撤架。
Aimed at the law of coal spontaneous combustion, the mining characteristics of shallow thick coal seam and the difficulties and harms of hidden high-temperature zones at 1401 working face in Fengjiata Coal Mine, the high-temperature zones caused by the coal spontaneous combustion were determined via the air-leakage detection by SF6 tracer gas and the high-temperature site detection by isotope radon measuring, combined with the analysis of CO gas. The fire was extinguished by the injection of coal ash composite jel and the stoping was successfully carried out at 1401 working face until the supports were removed.
