喷动床中颗粒速度的大小与喷动床内颗粒停留时间、固体混合、传热传质特性和磨损行为有着极为密切的关系。喷动床中稠密颗粒速度的测量一直是一个难点。本文探索了一种测量喷动床中颗粒速度的新方法,将光纤内窥镜深入喷动床内部,使用与之相连的高速摄影仪拍摄。将内窥镜传回的图像逐帧分析,捕捉颗粒在内窥镜视野中的轨迹,并记录下相应的时间,就可以得到颗粒的速度。通过解决尺寸标定,畸变矫正,图像处理和运动分析等问题,获得了喷动床内部喷动区典型的速度分布。
Particle velocity is closely related with particle residence time, particle mixing, heat transfer, mass transfer and wear behavior in spouted bed. Measurement of particle velocity is a very important aspect in gas-solid flow measurement. A novel solution combining fiberscope and high-speed photography was developed. A fiberscope was inserted into spouted bed and the images captured by the fiberscope was recorded by a high-speed video camera. The particle velocity then can be determined through analyzing the video frames. During the experiment, a typical particle velocity profile in spouted bed was acquired.
