运用DEA模型测度我国各地区高等教育资源配置的Malmquist指数及其分解情况,发现自1998年以来我国高等教育资源配置效率不断优化,呈增长态势,其增长原因主要源于技术效率提升和技术进步的双重影响,其中北京、天津和上海等16省(市、区)提升原因主要是技术效率和技术进步共同起作用的结果,而江苏、浙江、安徽、新疆等15省(市、区)提升的原因主要是源于技术的进步。基于DEA模型测度的实证结果,我国高等教育发展需进一步增加教育资源投入和优化资源的配置结构。
This paper uses DEA model to measure the Malmquist index of regional higher education resource allocation and their decomposition. It is found that the efficiency of resource allocation of China's higher education has been constantly optimized since 1998. The growth of Higher Education Resources Efficiency in China is both influenced by technical efficiency improvement and technical progress. 16 municipalities and provinces such as Beijing,Tianjin and Shanghai etc. are affected by the technological progress, and technical efficiency changes simultaneously. And for the other 15 provinces and municipalities including Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Anhui provinces etc. the technology progress has more effects on TFP growth or drop in higher education resources allocation. The empirical results of DEA model from the measurement indicate that the input of education resource allocation structure shall be further increased and the resources optimized for the development of higher education in China.
