This paper establishes the research system of Tibetan dialect based on Tibetan characters and speech of dialect. This paper is mainly including several aspects as following. The collection and collation of the Tibetan vocabulary. Confirm dialect vocabulary,Phonology of the Dialect,summarize the Phonology of each dialect region,Dual-Transformation of Tibetan and Latin. And the automatic generation of Tibetan dialects IPA. It also provides a theoretical support and application tools for in-depth study.
