英文摘要：

Network competence has an important effect for virtualization enterprise to obtain sustainable competitive advantage. In this paper,through normative analysis,the key influential factors of virtualization enterprise network competence are explored by the statistical method of element analysis,the theory model of factor analysis is constructed and the measurement scale of these factors is developed from the perspective of dynamic competence. The model was tested through the samples of 261 companies by the method of structural equation. Virtualization enterprise can obtain sustainable competitive advantage according to this model.
