界定了新创企业网络能力的内涵,将其划分为网络愿景能力、网络构建能力和网络管理能力,构建了虚拟化导向、组织学习与网络能力关系的理论模型,并提出了研究假设。以315家新创企业为样本进行了验证,结果表明,虚拟化导向不仅对新创网络能力有显著的直接正影响,还可以通过组织学习对网络能力产生间接促进作用,组织学习在虚拟化导向和网络能力之间起部分中介作用。
In this paper, the network competence of new venture was conceptualized and divided into three types of network visioning capability, network building capability and network management capability. A theoretical model of the relation- ship of virtualization orientation, organizational learning and network competence was developed. And some hypothesizes were proposed. The model was tested through the samples of 315 new ventures. The result showed that virtualization ori entation impacted network competence positively and directly, and also virtualization orientation promoted network compe tence through organizational learning. Organizational learning had partial mediating effect on the relationship between vir tualization orientation and network competence.
