在分析现有无线传感器网络能量监测机制的基础上,针对事件驱动型无线传感器网络,提出EDEMM机制。该机制采用成簇结构,簇成员周期性地监测自身剩余能量,当且仅当能量消耗的幅度较大时才向簇头节点汇报,簇头对簇成员发来的消息进行处理,当簇头融合后的能量超过一定幅度时向汇聚节点汇报。仿真结果表明:EDEMM机制降低了能量消息包的数量,有效地降低了能耗,可以延长网络的使用寿命。
Based on the analysis of energy monitoring mechanisms for wireless sensor networks, a cluster-based mechanism EDEMM is proposes. Cluster member monitors its residual energy, and reports to cluster head when its energy consumption is over a certain amount. Cluster head deals with messages from cluster members,and reports to sink when energy aggregated by head is over a certain amount. Simulation result shows that EDEMM reduces the number of energy message packets and energy consumption so as to stretch WSNs' life span.
