为研究伞裙结构对复合绝缘子污闪特性的影响规律,并给超特高压复合绝缘子的选型和设计提供参考,在1970 m实际高海拔条件下,以31种不同伞裙结构参数的复合绝缘子为试品,采用恒压升降法,在雾室中进行了大量的人工污秽试验研究。试验结果表明:复合绝缘子的伞伸出和伞间距的参数不同时,其爬电距离的大小和爬电距离的利用率不同,因此对污闪电压影响较大;随着伞伸出或伞间距的增大,复合绝缘子的直流污闪电压均存在最大值;伞间距的变化对一大一小复合绝缘子的污闪电压影响相对较大,大伞伞伸出的变化对一大两小复合绝缘子的污闪电压影响相对较大。
In order to investigate the influence of parameters of composite insulator on flashover performance and to put forward the reference for the selection and the design of composite insulator for the extra or ultra high voltage transmission projects,we presented the artificial pollution test results for 31 kinds of composite insulator in natural high altitude areas(1970 m),and adopted the up-and-down method.With different shed overhang and shed spacing,the leakage distance and the utilization ratio of leakage distance differ greatly.Results show that the parameters of composite insulator have remarkable effects on flashover voltage.There is a maximum flashover voltage with the increasing of the shed spacing or the shed radius.The shed spacing has a more remarkable effect on the flashover voltage of composite insulator with one large shed and one small shed,and the shed radius had a more remarkable effect on the flashover voltage of composite insulator with one large shed and two small shed.
