复合绝缘子由于其优异的耐污闪性能而越来越广泛地应用到输电线路中,它是解决特高压直流输电工程外绝缘问题的必然选择,但到目前为止,IEC还没有任何关于复合绝缘子直流人工污秽试验方法的标准,使得不同研究机构的试验结果很难统一,较难直接为工程设计所借鉴。为此,文中分别从加压方式、外部环境温度、迁移时间、惰性物质4个方面提出了复合绝缘子直流人工污秽试验方法需要开展的研究,并在此基础上,对惰性物质进行了初步性的探索研究,在高温硫化硅橡胶片上对比了10种不同惰性物质的迁移特性,并探讨了自然污秽与人工污秽的等价性问题。研究结果表明:硅藻土与高岭土分别是这10种惰性物质憎水迁移能力的两个极端,将这两种物质按照一定比例混合,可以实现与自然污秽的等价。研究结果不仅可为复合绝缘子直流人工污秽试验方法的标准制定提供参考依据,而且在减小不同研究机构直流人工污秽试验结果的差异性方面有一定的价值。
Because of its excellent antifilthy spark overability,composite insulators which were the inevitable choice to solve external insulation problem of UHVDC transmission project were used more and more in the transmission lines.But so far as now,there wasn't any IEC standard about the test method of DC artificial pollution for composite insulators in the world.The test result of different research institutes was so hard to unity that made it difficult to give a directly reference for engineering design.Four aspects that were voltage applying method,external environmental temperature,transfer time and inert materials which need to be researched for the test method of composite insulator was given in the paper.And preliminary exploration research about inert material was studied on the basis.So migration characteristics of 10 kinds of pollutants were compared under the same condition on the HTV silicone rubber,and the equivalent of natural and artificial pollution was also studied in the paper.The results not only can be treated as basis for standard of DC artificial contaminated composite insulators,but also have some valuation on decreasing the difference of test results for different research institutes.
