比较了4种外源多胺(腐胺、尸胺、精胺、亚精胺)缓解拟南芥盐害的作用,结果发现0.01mmol·L^-1精胺的缓解效果最好。对不同浓度NaCl处理下内源多胺含量进行测定,发现随着盐浓度的增加,游离态亚精胺含量显著下降,而精胺含量逐渐升高。0.01mmol·L^-1的外源精胺处理可以降低100mmol·L^-1NaCl处理下植株体内的Na+/K+。上述结果表明,精胺对拟南芥幼苗盐胁迫下离子平衡的调节作用可能是其缓解盐害的一个重要机制。
The effects of four exogenous polyamines (putrescine, cadaverine, spermidine, spermine) on salt tolerance in Arabi- dopsis were investigated. 0. 01mmol·L^-1 spermine (Spm) was found to have the strongest alleviated effect on salt stress in Arabi- dopsis. The observation of the change in endogenous polyamine contents showed that free spermidine (Spd) contents in the seed- lings obviously decreased while Spm content increased with the rising of NaCl concentrations. 0. 01mmol·L^-1 Spm reduced the ratio of Na+/K + under 100mmol·L^-1 NaCl stress. These results suggest that the regulatory effect of spermine on the ion balance in Arabidopsis under salt stress may be an important mechanism of its alleviated effect on the salt stress.
