目的探讨血浆晚期氧化蛋白产物(AOPPs)对血浆高密度脂蛋白(HDL)亚类组成及含量的影响。方法采用氯胺一T法和双向电泳免疫印迹检测法对346例受试者分别测定血浆AOPPs的相对含量和血浆HDL亚类的组成及含量。按AOPPs浓度均值加或减去一个标准差作为分割点,将受试者分为3组,即低AOPPs(AOPPs≤60μmol/L)组、中AOPPs(60μmol/L〈AOPPs〈90μmol/L)组、高AOPPs(AOPPs≥90μmol/L)组。结果与低AOPPs组相比,高AOPPs组中preβ1—HDL及HDL3a显著增多(P〈0.001),而HDL2a、卵磷脂胆固醇酰基转移酶及HDL。显著降低(P〈0.001),各组胆固醇酯转运蛋白无变化。相关性分析表明AOPPs与血浆HDL亚类分布存在显著相吴。结论随着血浆AOPPs水平的升高HDL颗粒有变小的趋势,AOPPs可能阻碍了HDL的成熟代谢。、
Aim To study the influence of plasma advanced oxidation protein products (AOPPs) level on the contents of high density lipoprotein (HDL) subclasses. Methods Contents of AOPPs were detected by the chlora- mine-T method and the composition of HDL subclasses were measured with two-dimensional electrophoresis immunoblot in 346 subjects. According to the concentration of AOPPs, subjects were divided into three layers amount: low AOPPs (AOPPs≤60 μmol/L) group, middle AOPPs (60 μmnol/L 〈 AOPPs 〈 90 μmol/L) group, high AOPPs ( AOPPs≥90 μmol/L) group. Results Compared with the low AOPPs group, preβ1 -HDL and HDL3, were significantly increased (P 〈 0. 001 ), but lecithin-cholesterol acyhransferase (LCAT) , HDL2a and HDL2b were significantly decreased (P 〈 0. 001 ) in high AOPPs group. Cholesterol ester transfer protein (CETP) did not change in subjects. Correlation analysis showed AOPPs effect on changes in plasma HDL subclass. Conclusion With elevated plasma AOPPs concentration, the particle size of HDL shows a shift toward smaller size, AOPPs may hinder mature metabolism of HDL.
