There exist three outstanding problems of urban and rural industry in China ,such as unbalanced develop-ment,low correlation degree and highly homogeneous of the industrial structure .To promote the integration and in-teractive development of urban and rural industry ,the article proposes two paths one of which is the transverse de-velopment internal agricultural industry chain and the other is urban and rural industrial chain two -way stretch.At last,the paper builds the benign mechanism of the development of urban and rural industries 'interaction from the aspects of external drive mechanism , internal driving mechanism , organization and mechanism of carrier , financial support and talent guarantee mechanism to promote coordinated development between urban and rural industry .
