制备了HCFO-1233zd(E)与水混合发泡的硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料,研究了不同发泡剂的比例及用量对泡沫反应时间、力学性能、导热系数、尺寸稳定性等因素的影响。结果表明,随着HCFO-1233zd(E)用量的增加,所制备泡沫的压缩强度呈现先增大后减小的趋势,高温形变程度先减小后增大,泡沫的绝热性能更加优异。
The rigid polyurethane foam was prepared using HCFO-1233zd(E) mixed water as foaming agent. The influence of the ratio and content of different foaming agents on the reaction time, mechanical properties, ther- mal conductivity, dimensional stability and other factors was researched. The results showed that the compressive strength of the foam increased first and then decreased, the deformation degree of the high temperature decreased first and then increased, and the thermal insulation performance of the foam was more excellent with the increase of the amount of HCFO-1233zd(E).
