综述了近年来(K,Na)NbO3基无铅压电陶瓷在掺杂改性以及晶粒定向技术制备织构化陶瓷研究的新进展,重点分析了(K,Na)NbO3基无铅压电陶瓷的K/Na比为0.5和非0.5时,陶瓷压电性能上的差异,发现K/Na比偏离0.5时,具有更为优异的压电、介电性能,最后展望了(K,Na)NbO3基无铅压电陶瓷的掺杂改性及晶粒定向技术的研究趋势。
The current progresses in doping and modification of (K, Na)NbOa based lead-free piezoelectric ceramics and the preparation of textured piezoelectric ceramics by grain orientation techniques are reviewed. The diffe- rent influence on the piezoelectric properties of (K, Na)NbO3 based lead-free piezoelectric ceramics when K/Na ratio is 0. 5 or not 0. 5 are emphasized. As a result, the ceramics whose ratio of K/Na deviate from 0.5 show higher piezoelectric and dielectric properties. In the end, the future prospect of (K,Na)NbO3 based lead-free piezoelectric ceramics in doping and modification and grain orientation techniques is predicted.
