We used immunofluorescence double staining methods（BrdU/S-100 Band BrdU/GALC） to identify neural stem cells differentiation in olfactory bulb of senescence-accelerated mouse P8 after acupuncture and moxibustion therapy performed. The results showed that both acupuncture and moxibustion could inhibit neural stem cells from differentiating into astrocyte but only moxibustion could inhibit neural stem cells from differentiating into oligodendrocyte.
