Aim at the problems as large bandwidth cost and complex processing in the method presented by Filippo cugini and others ,this paper presents a wavelength identification method based on Summary of weight （WIBW）, this method can reduce the bandwidth cost, identify the wavelength quality as a whole, make s better support to the dividing of service priority.
