以明日叶、猴头菇及丝胶为原料,提取并制备明日叶黄酮、猴头菇多糖及丝胶肽等对α-淀粉酶具有抑制活性的物质,并添加低热量的甜味剂及玫瑰花露等物质,研制具有特殊风味且适合糖尿病人饮用的功能性饮料。试验表明,添加0.15%明日叶黄酮、0.007%猴头菇多糖、0.003%丝胶肽、4%木糖醇、0.04%甜菊糖苷、0.3%柠檬酸及1.5%玫瑰花露,可制得营养丰富、口感及风味俱佳的复合功能饮料。
Angelica keiskei, Hericium erinaceus and sericin are used as the raw materials to extract and prepare Angelica keiskei flavones, Hericium erinaceus polysaccharides and sericin peptides with α- amylase inhibitory activity. The extracts,sugar substitutes with low calorie and rose water are used to prepare a functional beverage suited to drink by people with diabetes. The results demonstrate the composite beverage added with Angelica keiskei flavones(0.15%),Hericium erinaceus polysaccharides(0.007%),sericin peptides(0.003%),xylitol(4%),stevioside(0.04%),citric acid(0.3%) and rose water(1.5%) show abundant nutrition,good taste and flavor.
