为提高多变量生产过程的安全性,研究了单个执行器出现故障时控制系统的重构过程.将可重构控制系统看作一个生物免疫系统,利用免疫监视机制对执行器进行故障监测,免疫应答机制对控制器进行重构,免疫学习与记忆机制对控制策略进行优化和存储,从而构成一个免疫可重构控制系统(IRCS);同时,对IRCS进行仿真实验.结果表明,在执行器出现故障时,所设计的IRCS能够保证较好的控制性能,并提高控制系统的可靠性.
In order to improve the security of multivariable process,this paper studied the reconstruction process of control system with single actuator fault.By equating the reconfigurable control system with a biological immune system,and by imitating the immune surveillance mechanism to monitor actuators,imitating the immune response mechanism to reconstruct controllers,and imitating the immune learning and memory mechanism to optimize and store control strategies,an immune reconfigurable control system(IRCS)was designed.The IRCS was applied to the carbon fiber solidification process.The results show that the IRCS can guarantee relatively good performance under the circumstances of actuator fault,thus providing a new research idea for improving the reliability of the control system.
