EphA2是受体酪氨酸激酶的一种,广泛表达于人的多种组织或细胞系中,能够调节细胞的增生、凋亡、迁移及血管生成;在多种恶性肿瘤中也呈高表达。最近有研究表明,EphA2在血管生成拟态过程中起重要作用,它可以通过一系列信号转导促进肿瘤细胞的迁移、侵袭和周围基质的重塑,最终导致某些高度恶性肿瘤细胞形成血管生成拟态。
EphA2, a kind of receptor tyrosine kinases ( RTKs), is extensively expressed in a lot of cell lines and malignant tumors. It can regulate cell growth, apoptosis, migration and angiogenesis; It also plays an important role in vasculogenic mimicry (VM). Activated- EphA2 and it' s downstream signa- ling pathways can make the tumor cells more easily to metastasize, invade and remodel the extra cellular matrix, lead to the formation of vasculogeniclike networks. EphA2 may provide a powerful means for selective targeting of these malignant tumors.
