Complex science has its new thinking manner and Weltanschauung. It considers enterprise as a nonlinear complex system. Fractality is a characteristic of enterprise system. Based on the fractal theory, the paper expounds the structural fractality, process fractality and functional fractality in enterprise system. It discusses the fractal management of enterprise, in which the combination of self - similarity and self - organization can make enterprises adaptible to the mutable environment.
