表遗传学(epigeneties)主要研究基因型和表型之间的关系。基因组表遗传修饰主要包括遗传物质DNA的甲基化修饰和核小体组蛋白修饰,最终结果是DNA碱基不发生改变的情况下而表型却发生了变化。甲基化CpG结合蛋白家族(methyl—GpG binding proteins,MeCPs)是能与甲基化CpG二核苷酸结合的一类核蛋白,从而有机地将DNA甲基化和组蛋白修饰耦合起来,在表遗传中发挥着中枢纽带的作用。本文简述了近年来表遗传中DNA甲基化和组蛋白修饰的最新研究进展以及MeCPs家族在表遗传中的重要作用,目的是使人们进一步了解表遗传作用规律。
Epigenetics researches the relationship of genotype and phenolype. The epigenetic modification of genome mainly includes DNA methylation and histone modification, which can alter cell' s phenotype but the DNA base sequence without change. Methyl-CpG binding proteins(MeCPs) are a class of nucleic protein which can attach to the methyl-CpG dinucleotide. MeCPs play important roles in epigenetics through coincidence the DNA methylation and histone modification. This article will review the latest research progression about DNA methylation and histone modification and MeCPs' role in epigenetics to promote people further understanding the law of epigenetics.
