从一株苦槛蓝内生真菌Trichoderma sp.09中寻找有抗植物病原菌活性的化合物,利用硅胶柱层析分离到6个化合物,用波谱技术分别鉴定为N-2’-羟基-3'E-十八碳烯酰基-1-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-9-甲基-4E,8E-sphingadiene(1),(4E,8E)-1-O-(β-D-吡喃葡萄糖)基-2-(2’-羟基-(E)-3’-十七碳烯酰胺)-3-羟基-9-甲基-4,8-十九碳二烯(2),麦角甾-7,24(28)-二烯-3β-醇(3),胆甾-4-烯-3-醇(4),正癸酸甲酯(5),正十六碳酸甲酯(6)。化合物1、2为首次从Trichoderma sp.中分离得到,生测结果表明,在0.5μmol/mL浓度下化合物1对小麦赤霉、香蕉炭疽和柑橘青霉有中度抗菌活性,化合物2对小麦赤霉、香蕉炭疽有中度抗菌活性,对柑橘青霉具有轻度抗菌活性。
Six compounds were isolated from the fermention liquid of an endophytic fungus Trichoderma sp. 09 from Myoporum bontioides A. Gray by silica gel column chromatography. Their structures were determined to be N-2 '-hydroxy-3"E-octadeeenoyl-l-O-13- D-glueopyranosyl-9-methyl-4E,8E-sphingadiene(1),(4E,8E)-l-O-( [3-D-glueopyranosyl)-2-( 2'-hydroxyl-(E)-3 '-heptadecenoylamideo)- 3-hydroxyl-9-methyl-4,8-nonadecadiene (2), Ergosta-7, 24 (28)-diene-313-ol (3), Cholest-4-ene-3-ol (4), Methyl decanoate (5), Methyl hexadecanoate (6) on the basis of comprehensive spectroscopic analysis. Compound 1 and 2 were isolated from Trichoderma sp. for the first time. Primary bioassay showed compound 1 exhibit moderate inhibtory activity to Fusarium graminearum, Calletotrichum musoe and Penicillium italicum,and compound 2 exhibit moderate inhibtory activity to Fusarium graminearum and Colletotrichum musae, and low inhibtory activity to PeniciUium italicum at the concentration of 0.5 μmol/mL.
