通过比较解淀粉芽孢杆菌SC1150菌株发酵液对香蕉枯萎病菌4号生理小种的抑菌活性,对解淀粉芽孢杆菌SC1150菌株液体发酵条件进行了优化研究。结果显示:在固体培养条件下解淀粉芽孢杆菌SC1150菌株对测试的8种作物病原菌均有抑制作用,其中对香蕉枯萎病菌4号生理小种的抑制作用特别强烈,其抑菌圈直径达到23.31 mm。以香蕉枯萎病菌4号生理小种为指示菌,对该活性SC1150菌株的液体发酵条件进行优化,液体发酵培养基各组分的最佳配比为0.5%可溶性淀粉(碳源)、1.5%蛋白胨+酵母粉(1︰1)的混合氮源、0.1%Na Cl;最佳培养条件:pH 6.5、30℃、摇床转速确180 r?min–1。优化后SC1150菌株对香蕉枯萎病菌4号生理小种的抑菌圈直径达到28.33 mm。
Fungicidal activity and liquid fermentation optimization of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens strain SC1150 were investigated. The liquid fermentation conditions of the bacterium were optimized based on its fungicidal activity of fermented broth against Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. cubense race 4(FOC 4), the causal agent of Panama disease in banana. The bacterium showed antifungal activities against all eight tested crop pathogens in solid culture. It displayed strongest antifungal activity against FOC 4 with diameter of inhibitory cycle of 23.31 mm. Optimal fermentation conditions and medium of liquid culture for the bacterial strain were investigated. The optimal fermentation conditions are as follow, 0.5% starch, 1.5% tryptone and yeast powder mix(1:1), 0.1% Na Cl, pH 6.5, and temperature 30 °C. Under the optimal fermentation conditions, the diameter of inhibitory cycles against FOC 4 was 28.33 mm.
