利用共沉淀法制备了NiO-CeO2-ZnO催化剂,利用TG-DSC,XRD,SEM等表征手段,考察了焙烧温度对催化剂结构和性能的影响.结果表明:随着焙烧温度的升高,催化剂晶粒尺寸明显增大,结晶度明显增加;过高的焙烧温度致使催化剂出现严重的烧结现象,使催化剂表面颗粒的分散性大大降低;500℃焙烧的催化剂具有优良氢气选择性和氢气产率,随着焙烧温度的升高,催化剂制氢性能出现下降的趋势.
NiO-CeO2-ZnO catalyst was synthesized in co-precipitation method.The structure and performance of the catalysts calcinated at different temperatures were characterized by TG-DSC,XRD,SEM methods.It is revealed that the grain size and crystallinity of catalyst increase markedly with the increase in calcination temperature.Serious sintering phenomenon was found on the catalyst because of excessive catalyst calcination temperature,which resulted in a big drop of dispersion on the surface of catalyst.The catalyst showed excellent selectivity and yield of hydrogen,however,the performance of catalyst for hydrogen production decreased with the increase of calcination temperature.
