磷酸钒锂被认为是最有潜力的锂离子电池正极材料之一,具有理论比容量高、循环性能好、工作电压高等优点。但是,较低的电子电导率和离子传导率限制了它的应用。通过碳包覆、金属离子掺杂、纳米化、控制形貌等改性方法可以大大提高其电化学性能。本文综述了以上几种改性方法的研究进展,同时对磷酸钒锂的应用前景进行了展望。
Lithium vanadium phosphate is considered as one of the most potential cathode materials for lithiumion batteries for its high theoretical specific capacity,good cycle performance and high operating voltage. However,low electronic conductivity and ionic conductivity limit its wide application.Carbon coating,metal ion-doping,nanocrystallization and morphology controlling can improve its electrochemical performance. This article reviews the research progress of several modification methods mentioned above,application prospects of the lithium vanadium phosphate were also discussed.
