以13X分子筛为分子筛骨架,吸附酚醛树脂后,在Ar气体保护下,800℃焙烧炭化,合成了导电分子筛。利用四端子法测定了样品的体积电导率,电导率由原13X分子筛的4.10×10-9S/cm提高到0.14S/cm。利用比表面及孔隙度分析仪,测得导电分子筛的BET表面积268.948m2/g、总孔容0.1334cm3/g、平均孔径0.7017nm。
In this paper,we used 13X zeolite as a base skeleton in which phenolic resin as a carbon source be fully and uniformly dispersed in the pore and inner surface,then carbonized the composited materials at 800℃ temperature to synthesize the conductive zeolite under the protection of Ar gas.Using the four-probe method to measure the electrical conductivity of the target samples,which was improved from the original 4.10×10-9S/cm of the former 13X zeolite to 0.16S/cm.Used uhe NOVA2000 surface and pore analyzer to measure the parameters of the conductiwe zeolite,the BET surface area 268.948m2/g,total pore volume 0.1334cm3/g,average pore size 0.7017nm.
