Taking 20 University- owned Listing Companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen stock markets of 2007 as samples, this paper analyzes the general situation of the listed companies of universities, through the research of distinguishing of University - owned Listing Companies with the national average level of listed companies, it explores the reason of the poor performance and brings up the suggestions to promote the development of the corporations.
