Radical changes of innovation environment promote the innovation mode from traditional linear innovation 1.0and coupling interactive innovation 2.0into innovation ecosystem 3.0.Based on the differences of study subjects and objects of innovation ecosystem,this article divides the study of innovation ecosystem into four levels：kernel level,central level,extensional level and derivative level.It respectively generalizes these four study levels＇ focuses and achievements,and analyzes its future study trends.
