建立了铜铁试剂萃取流动注射-氢化物发生原子吸收光谱法测定纯铜中微量锡的方法。利用铜铁试剂萃取实现了铜与锡的有效分离,样品液中锡与NaBH4生成氢化物,而后经由密闭的流动系统传送至原子化器中,采用原子吸收光谱法加以检测。试验了铜铁试剂的最佳萃取条件,选择锡的测定波长为286.3nm。该方法的检出限为0.25ng/mL,测定锡的线性范围为1.0~13.0ng/mL。方法应用于铜有证参考样品中锡的测定,结果与认定值基本相符,加标回收率为90.0%~97.0%,相对标准偏差为3.2%。
A new method for the determination of micro tin in pure copper sample by flow injection-hy- dride generation atomic absorption spectrometry was estiblished. Tin from copper was effectively separated by cupferron extraction. Tin reacted with NaBH4 to form a hydride which was sent to atomizer by closed mobile system and then detected by atomic absorption spectrometry. The optimum conditions of extraction were chosen. The determination wavelength of tin was found to be 286.3 nm. Under the optimum experimental conditions, the liner range is 1.0-13.0 ng/mL and the detection limit was 0.25 ng/mL for tin. The method has been applied to the deterimnation of tin in certified reference materials and the results obtained are in good agreement with certified values, giving the recovery of 90.0%-97.0 % and the RSD of 3.2%.
